How are you doing? After almost a year with a pandemic, many people are experiencing a new type of stress. Covid Malaise Syndrome, Coronavirus Burnout, and Quarantine Fatigue are some of the names for the experience we may be sharing. Anxiety, irritation, lack of motivation, sleep challenges, appetite changes, headaches, sadness, depression – these are all symptoms that may be part our shared new experience.
